A Dress To Make

 

A dress to make, 

a dress to make. 

My heart doth fail, 

my knees do quake.

Not quite sure who wrote that but I saw it recently and thought it was quite funny. I really do enjoy sewing, though sometimes I need a break from it too. 

This particular little dress was so much fun to make. 

I love eyelet and coupled with a denim looking cotton (just dreamy). I don't usually buy patterns but this Luna pattern by Violette Field Threads was just too good to past up. The pattern itself is so easy and it has a darling little bow in the back and a button. Too cute. 

Can I mention this eyelet again😍
